Responsibilities
· Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and other documents.
· Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
· Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect communication as needed.
· Greet visitors, provide information, and support front-desk operations.
· Draft reports, meeting minutes, invoices, and other administrative documents.
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
· Assist in preparing and processing forms, applications, and internal records.
· Update databases, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy.
· Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations.
· Arrange logistics for meetings, including room setup and required materials.
· Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and support overall office workflow.
· Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses or preparing payment requests.
