Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Implement and integrate UKG Pro, specifically the payroll module
- Lead client teams through the implementation via hands-on, end-to-end, configuration and testing - requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout and support
- Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plan
- Write functional specifications for customizations and manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions
- Create data mapping from source system(s) to UKG Pro
- Validate data conversion
- Manage multiple clients concurrently
- Provides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability
- Presents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid-sized client teams
